Application Calendar

Meetings are held once per quarter in the first month of the quarter. The next meeting is January 20, 2026. Applications received prior to December 9, 2025 will be reviewed at this meeting.

The next application deadline is:

March 17, 2026

Applications received by noon Arizona time will be reviewed at the meeting on April 21, 2026.

Please note that a Letter of Intent must be approved prior to submitting an application. We recommend submitting your Letter of Intent at least three weeks before the application deadline to ensure it can be reviewed with sufficient time to prepare an application.
